Embassy Suites by Hilton Arcadia-Pasadena Area

The location was very good for us. We were visiting family in Sierra Madre. I loved the 2 room suite on the 7th floor. The bedroom was very quiet and if one of us was in bed, the front room could be used without bothering the other person. The made to order omelets were fantastic! Please remember to put dollar or two in the tip jar for the fabulous omelette chefs. Also, the Arcadia County park is within walking distance and so are some restaurants. I loved that Ralph's grocery store was near by (1-2 miles). I was able to buy flowers and my favorite sparkling water there.

The room is 2-room suite with a kitchenette. All rooms open up to a lovely, tall atrium complete with a waterfall and glass elevators. There is a free hot/cold breakfast plus two chefs to custom-made omelets. Also, a nice free "happy hour" in the evening. They now offer a dinner-only restaurant starting at 5:00pm. The shuttle service added to the convenience. To top it off, the staff--all of the staff--were outstanding! Whomever hired Ryan as Desk Manager, should get a raise. That man was one Class Act! Very professional! Plus Rodrigo and Lorenzo run a clean, welcoming bar. And, the location of this hotel can't be beat.

As always, Embassy Suite's room is huge. The bedroom is very roomy, and there's a separate living room. The bathroom is not the biggest but still adequate size. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The coffee machine wasn't working at first and I called to the front desk and very quickly the staff comes with a brand new coffee machine and change it. But it still wasn't working at the kitchen plug and we both thought the power outlet is broken, and he said he will notified the maintenance department to get it fix. And again very quickly the maintenance staff came in and fix it very quickly. End up it was just the power-protection button was pressed. One night I went down to the front desk asking for paper cups for hot drinks and also green tea bags. Initially the staff told me they don't have any green tea bag available but the staff was nice enough to give me his own organic green bag to me. That was among the nicest thing a hotel staff did to me, however small it was. I initally booked for a long stay, but a family emergency cut my trip short. I told them when I check in and they assured me they will only charge me for the nights I actually would stay. I am not sure if this is the normal practices or not, but I definitely feel a lot happier when I know I can cut my trip short without worrying about the extra charges. Location is great! Many resturants within walking distance. Even more within 10min drives. There's Target and Walmart also within 10min drive.

It's a two room king suite. One king size bad and one sofa bed. 2 big flat screen TVs. Very nice room size and floorplan. The kids can sleep on the sofa bed watching TV late at night while we slept in the bedroom quietly. There's fridge and microwave, safer too. Big size dining table for the whole family. Breakfast is included. Very nice American buffet. Lots of delicious and healthy food to choose from. Yogurt,fruit, bread, bagel, muffin, juice,milk, cereal, oatmeal, bacon, pancake, egg, too much to list! We had a wonderful breakfast there! Love the hotel!

Very clean, the staff was very accommodating to special requests, parking was easy, the surroundings and hotel felt safe, and overall was much nicer than I anticipated. Starbucks right across the street! Although they had more than enough coffee and food at breakfast. We are hoping to stay here again when we return to the area. had I asked. The kids loved it.
